The Dinner Plate™ series of Japanese Iris produces enormous flowers that grow up to 6" across. 'Tiramisu' has creamy white flowers with a violet edging as well as sprinkles of violet throughout the petals.  It is delicate in appearance, but is hardy to Zone 4.  It grows to about 36-40" and makes a striking addition to the garden.
